We joined 1400+ other #craftbreweries across the country for this effort.  Sierra Nevada is leading the way by providing their recipe and naming rights to everyone.  Breweries will brew #ResilienceIPA and donate 100% of sales to the Sierra Nevada Camp Fire Relief Fund to support those impacted by the Camp Fire.

Saint Anthony

Polish Pale Ale - 5.5%

Saint Anthony is the Patron Saint of lost things and this Polish Pale Ale is a perfect beer to find.   Swiento Antoniego was brewed specifically for the return of the Polish American festival.  We were blessed to be the only local independent craft brewery supplying beer to the festival.  It's not as hoppy as an American pale ale, but doesn't disappoint with earthy and floral aromas coming from the Polish hops, Lomic & Marynka.

Saint Arnold

Oktoberfest - 5.8%

This one will make you yell "Get to Da Taproom!"  Full of malty goodness and noble hops to enjoy Fall with.

Saint Benedict

Scotch Ale - 9.1%

Saint Benedict is the Patron Saint of Farmworkers and this wee heavy scotch ale is the perfect sipper after a long day's work.  9 different malts were used to create this drinkable smooth, malty and complex beer.

Saint Blaise

Imperial IPA - 11.9%

Saint Blaise is the Patron Saint of the throat illnesses and this seasonal Imperial IPA soothes the soul as you drink it.  It is brewed with a bounty of malts, plenty of hops and pounds of honey for good measure.  Relish Respectibly.

Saint Brigid

Nitro Chocolate Milk Stout - 5.1%

Saint Brigid is the Patron Saint of Dairy Workers and this Nitro Chocolate Milk Stout is dairy good. Brewed with lactose, chocolate malt and aged on cacao nibs.  Served through our Nitrogen tap.

Saint Brutus

Brut IPA - 6.7%

Saint Brutus is the Patron Saint of Public Speaking and this Brut IPA is one to toast the town with.   This was the first Brut style IPA brewed in Holy Toledo and NW Ohio.  It's a champagne like beer for patrons who love hops.  Surprisingly easy drinking at 6.7%, extra dry, not bitter but has a fantastic aroma.

Saint Christopher

Porter - 5.5%

Saint Christopher is the Patron Saint of Transportation and this porter is a great passenger.  This beer falls perfectly between a brown ale and a stout.  It's not as heavy as a stout, but provides delicious subtle notes of chocolate and coffee. 

Saint Christopher (Coconut)

Coconut Porter - 5.5%

Saint Christopher is the Patron Saint of Transportation and this porter is a great passenger.  This beer falls perfectly between a brown ale and a stout.  It's not as heavy as a stout, but provides delicious subtle notes of chocolate and coffee.  We aged this variant on pounds & pounds of toasted coconut.

Saint Christopher (Nitro)

Saint Clare

Blonde Ale - 4.8%

A very easy drinking ale with low bitterness and then we dry hopped it to provide mild floral and citrus aromas.

Saint Dominic

DDH IPA- 7.0%

Saint Dominic is the Patron Saint of Astronomers and this Double Dry Hopped IPA is one you can smell throughout the galaxy.  Loaded up with hops and cryo pellets in the boil and then double dry hopped will give you aromas of melon, berry, orange peel and so much more.

Saint Elizabeth

Pale Wheat - 5.5%

Saint Elizabeth is the Patron Saint of the homeless and this Wheat Ale needs to find a home in your glass.  This beer is a smooth drinker and perfect for being outside in the spring and summer heat.  You'll find some fruity aromas in this wheat ale and they come from the Hallertau and Saaz hops.

Saint Fiacre is the Patron Saint of Gardeners and this Garden Wheat Ale is the treat your green thumb needs.  The base beer is a light, citrus wheat ale and then we take it to the next level for Spring.  Rose Hips, Coriander and Lavender add the extra citrus, subtle spice and floral aromas your nose will enjoy.

Saint Francis

Farmhouse - 8.2%

Saint Francis is the Patron Saint of animals and this Farmhouse Ale is ready for when the cows come home.  A little extra 2-row, wheat, flaked wheat and flaked oats provide the malty goodness in your glass.  Magnum, Simcoe & Amarillo hops give off the fruity aromas and it finishes with a slight spice from the special yeast. 

Saint Hedwig

Polish Kolsch - 4.1%

Saint Hedwig is the Patron Saint of Queens and this Polish Kolsch is fit for royalty.   Swienta Jadwiga  was brewed  specifically for the return of the Polish American festival.  We were blessed to be the only local independent craft brewery supplying beer to the festival.  It's a clean, easy drinking ale with floral and earthy aromas coming from the Polish hops, Lomic & Marynka.

Saint James

Brown Ale - 5.8%

Deliciously malty American Brown Ale with just enough hop presence to balance it out.

Saint Joan of Arc

NE IPA - 6.7%

Brewed with over 6 lbs of Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe hops per bbl.

Saint John

IPA - 7.2%

Saint John is the Patron Saint of Friendships and this IPA is one you'll want to share with your friends.  A simple base of 2-row, Pale Malt and crystal 40 allows the hops to really shine in this beer.  Boiled and Dry hopped with huge amounts of Centennial and a touch of Loral hops provide floral, lemon and citrus aromas.

Saint Katherine

IPA - 6.2%

Saint Katherine is the Patron Saint of philanthropists and this IPA is the beneficiary of our love for hoppy beers..  The base of 2-row with a little Munich and Crystal 60 allow the Citra hops to be front and center in the glass.  Pounds and pounds of Citra hops were used in the boil and then heavily dry hopped with more Citra to give your pallet the enjoyment of grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry and passion fruit.

Saint Luke

Blonde Ale - 4.2%

Saint Luke is the Patron Saint of Artists and this blonde ale is a work of art.  It is crafted to be a simple ale enjoyed by the Masses all year long.  Drink one and you'll find hints of citrus and floral coming from the Amarillo, Centennial, and Citra hops.

Saint Mark

Pale Ale - 6.0%

Saint Mark is the Patron Saint of Notaries and this pale ale is one worth noting. It’s a dry, refreshing ale with just enough bitterness. You’ll enjoy citrus, pine, tropical fruit and other aromas coming from the Cascade, Chinook and Citra hops.

Saint Matthew is the Patron Saint of Accountants & Bankers and this stout is worth fitting into your entertainment budget. A simple, dry stout with subtle roasted barley & coffee notes.

Saint Matthew (Nitro)

Saint Michael Arnold

IPA - 7.3%

Saint Michael Arnold is an IPA brewed & named by one of our crowdfunders.   It is brewed and dry hopped with Centennial, Cashmere, Mosaic, Ekuanot and Simcoe hops.

Saint Molly

GF IPA - 7.4%

Gluten free IPA brewed with White Sorghum and all Citra hops. 

Saint Nick

Christmas Ale - 7.5%

Saint Nicholas is another Patron Saint of Brewers and this Christmas Ale is the one you want to bring in the holiday season.  It's a little dry and brewed with subtle cinnamon, honey and orange flavors.

Saint Nick Bourbon Oaked

Christmas Ale - 8.6%

This batch was aged for 1 year and part of the time was spent on bourbon soaked oak cubes, more cinnamon and orange peels. Only 112x  22oz bottles for $15 w/tax and tasters only available in the taproom.

Saint Rodney

Veterans' Pale Ale - 5.6%

The YCH hops in this brew are a Veterans Blend chosen by a group of veteran-owned breweries from across the US and representing multiple branches of the US Armed Forces. $3 of each pound bought is donated to a charity and this year they chose the Semper Fi Fund.

Saint Sophia

Double IPA- 7.6%

Saint Sophia is the Patron Saint of Wisdom and this Double IPA may in fact make you smarter. *Results not typical* You will enjoy a delicious dry, bitter, hoppy IPA thanks to 5 different hops and a little Rye grain.

Saint Swiny

Bacon Red Ale - 6.5%

Saint Swiny is our bacon smoked red ale.  We started with great red ale recipe, threw in a little smoked malt and topped it off in the brite tank with our homemade bacon extract made with real bacon from Mom Wilson's in Delaware, OH.  Seriously, this beer proves that Bacon does go with everything.

Saint Teresa

Sour - 5.9%

A dry, mild sour.

Saint Timothy

Gluten Free Golden Ale - 5.4%

Saint Timothy is the Patron Saint of stomach and intestinal disorders and this Gluten Free Golden Ale is perfect for our GF friends.  Brewed with white sorghum, hops, water & yeast it turned into a GF beer that tastes like a beer should.

Saint Ursula

Session IPA - 4.8%

Saint Ursula is the Patron Saint of archers and this Session IPA hits the mark.  All of the hoppy, bitter goodness you expect from an IPA only with a little less alcohol to keep you on target throughout the day.  Amarillo, Cascade, Chinook and Citra hops fill your nose with aromas of tropical fruit, pine, floral and citrus fruits.

Saint Valentine

Cherry Stout - 5.2%

A tart cherry stout aged on toasted cacao nibs.
